The Peach
Sweet, juicy and wonderfully fragrant, peaches are one of the best-loved symbols of the Italian summer. Their full, rounded flavour instantly brings to mind sunny days and freshly picked fruit, making them the star of a jam that captures the very essence of the warm season.
For our preparation we choose peaches harvested at just the right degree of ripeness, when the flesh is rich in natural sugars and intense aromas. Thanks to careful processing that respects the fruit, every jar preserves the authentic taste and fragrance that make the peach one of the queens of summer.
APPEARANCE: golden orange with delicate pink hues reminiscent of the skin of ripe peaches. The texture is velvety and luminous, just like the flesh of freshly picked fruit.
ON THE NOSE: an intense, inviting aroma, with floral notes and hints that evoke summer and freshly picked fruit.
ON THE PALATE: sweet and juicy, with a soft consistency and a fresh finish that makes every taste balanced and enjoyable.
