The process is based on a simple recipe: only selected fresh fruit – up to 100 grams of fruit per 100 grams of product – processed to preserve its full flavour, and a carefully measured proportion of 100% Italian raw sugar and natural pectin, with no colourings or preservatives.

The range boasts over 20 flavours, all naturally gluten-free, characterised by a rich and full-bodied texture. This thick consistency ensures excellent results both when enjoyed on its own and when used in traditional tarts and cakes, offering an unmistakable flavour profile.
