In our recipes, we use just three ingredients: fruit, which accounts for up to 120 grams per 100 grams of product, grape sugar and natural pectin extracted from the fruit. Each jam with no added sugar is made using fruit processed at the perfect stage of ripeness to preserve its flavour, aroma and natural qualities.
