For our jam we select carefully chosen blueberries, processed with great care to preserve their deep colour and aromatic profile.

APPEARANCE: deep purple with dark blue highlights and a texture rich in small berries.
ON THE NOSE: a delicate aroma with woodland and fruity notes.
