D'Alessandro compotes are made for the most demanding palates and for lovers of refined flavours. They are born from the combination of fruit, vegetables and spices and are ideal paired with cured meats, aged or fresh cheeses, roast and boiled meats, or to add a gourmet touch to crostini for aperitifs.
